One-Time Visits or Year-Round Home Care Plans Available.

EHS routine maintenance does not include professional home inspections, licensed trade repairs, structural work, or permit-required construction.

Routine Preventative Home Maintenance

Stay ahead of everyday maintenance with professional help for the small tasks that keep your home functioning smoothly. We replace accessible HVAC and water filters, change eligible batteries, clean homeowner-serviceable screens and vents, tighten hardware, and make minor household adjustments. We also note visible maintenance concerns that may require future attention.

Seasonal Home Stewardship

Your home's maintenance needs change with the seasons. EHS provides scheduled Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter visits to address routine upkeep, seasonal preparation, accessible filters, hardware, weatherstripping, and other agreed maintenance priorities. Each visit is guided by your home's needs and an ongoing Home Stewardship Record.


  • Essential Care: 2 visits per year
  • Signature Care: 4 visits per year


Each scheduled visit includes 3 total labor-hours

Furnace, Water Heater & Home-System Checks

Keep up with basic homeowner-level equipment maintenance. EHS replaces or cleans accessible, homeowner-serviceable furnace and water filters, checks accessible filter screens, and visually reviews surrounding equipment areas for readily apparent concerns. Technical diagnosis, repairs, water-heater flushing, and specialized system servicing are not included.


  • Available as a One-Time Visit or within scheduled Home Stewardship priorities.

Doors, Cabinets & Household Hardware

Small adjustments can make a noticeable difference. EHS helps with sticking interior doors, loose cabinet handles, hinges, knobs, pulls, doorstops, basic weatherstripping, and appropriate door sweeps. We focus on straightforward, non-structural maintenance that helps keep everyday household features working properly.

Light Handyman & Home To-Do Lists

Have a growing list of small projects around the house? EHS can help with straightforward furniture assembly, household setup, hanging artwork, installing basic shelves or hooks, and other approved homeowner-level tasks.

We agree on priorities and scope before work begins, making it easy to tackle several small items during a coordinated visit.

Minor Wall, Caulk & Paint Touch-Ups

Keep your home's interior looking cared for with small cosmetic maintenance projects. Services may include patching minor nail holes, refreshing limited areas of cosmetic caulk, small paint touch-ups, and straightforward non-structural trim adjustments. Large repairs, extensive painting, waterproofing, and remodeling are excluded.

Smart Home & Household Device Support

Get help with basic homeowner-level setup and maintenance of compatible smart-home devices, including smart locks, video doorbells, thermostats, cameras, sensors, and household alarms. Services may include accessible battery replacement, basic operational checks, and manufacturer-directed setup assistance.

Home Stewardship Record & Maintenance Punch List

Know what's been completed and what needs attention next. For recurring Care Plan customers, EHS maintains a property-specific maintenance record covering agreed priorities, completed work, equipment and filter information, visible concerns, and recommended follow-up. Your record helps maintain continuity between visits and makes ongoing home care easier to manage.

  • One-Time Visit: Individual maintenance and handyman tasks, quoted before service.
  • Essential Care: 2 seasonal maintenance visits per year, up to 6 total labor-hours annually. Complete home-care plans start at $299/month.
  • Signature Care: 4 seasonal maintenance visits per year, up to 12 total labor-hours annually. Complete home-care plans start at $599/month.



Monthly Care Plans also include other scheduled EHS services as defined in your proposal.
