Professional maintenance cleaning designed to keep the areas you use most feeling clean, comfortable and cared for.  Our light house cleaning service focuses on agreed priority areas throughout your home—from kitchens and bathrooms to living spaces, bedrooms and floors.  Choose a one-time cleaning or make cleaning part of your recurring EHS Home Care Plan.

Kitchen Cleaning

Keep the heart of your home fresh and ready for everyday life.  We wipe countertops, sinks and faucets, stovetop surfaces and appliance exteriors; spot-wipe cabinet fronts as needed; and vacuum or sweep and lightly mop the agreed kitchen floor.

Bathroom Cleaning

Routine cleaning for the bathrooms your household uses most. We wipe and sanitize counters, sinks and faucets; clean mirrors and toilets; lightly wipe shower and tub surfaces; and vacuum and mop agreed bathroom floors.

Living Areas & Floors

Regular care for the spaces where your family spends its time.  We dust accessible surfaces, tables, shelves and window sills; straighten cushions; vacuum rugs, carpet and accessible hard floors; and lightly damp-mop agreed hard-floor areas to remove routine dirt and footprints.

Bedrooms

Simple maintenance cleaning to help bedrooms stay tidy and comfortable. Includes light dusting, vacuuming, agreed trash removal and simple room straightening. We can also make beds when linens are already on the bed.

General Home Cleaning

The finishing touches that help your home feel cared for.  We empty agreed household trash cans into your on-site bin, wipe obvious fingerprints and smudges from doors and switches, remove light accessible cobwebs and complete a quick entryway cleanup.

Initial First-Time Cleaning

Starting recurring EHS cleaning service? We begin with an enhanced initial cleaning of the agreed areas to address ordinary accumulated buildup and establish a clean starting point for ongoing maintenance.


  • $500 First-Time Cleaning Fee


The Initial First-Time Cleaning is included as the first scheduled cleaning visit for Essential Care and Signature Care customers. Heavy buildup, specialty cleaning and work beyond the agreed maintenance-cleaning scope may require a separate quote.

Need More Than Routine Cleaning?

Interested in a full-home deep cleaning or additional services?  Deep cleaning or heavy buildup, inside ovens or refrigerators, extensive baseboards, carpet shampooing, laundry, dishes, heavy clutter or organization, moving furniture, post-construction cleaning and deep floor restoration are not included in routine visits and may be separately quoted.
